COMBIFLEX is a multi-purpose machine able to execute any glass process in complete synergy and it has been designed to be self sufficient in all process executions.

From raw glass loading to the completely processed glass unloading, there are no requirements for the operator to assist the process or to adjust the machine, even at thickness, shape, dimensions or process change.

Automatic loading rack

Automatic loading rack

An automatic loader controlled by 4 CNC axes, is directly assembled on the machine main frame loads the glass from a standard vertical rack directly on the working area, making the loading conveyor or other devices, not needed.

"Glass follower" unloading system (patented)

As soon as a glass portion gets off from the washer, the automatic unloading system positions a belts frame in front of the washer, to receive the glass.
Once the glass is loaded on the belts frame, a secondary suction cups frame (positioned among the belts) hold the glass during the unloading phase from washer to vertical rack.

CHIARA heads for grinding and polishing

CHIARA heads for grinding and polishing

Two of the famous CHIARA grinding heads with 8 grinding-polishing wheels each are installed on the main frame.
Each single spindle is automatically adjusted according to the glass thickness and wheel wear.
CHIARA heads execute grinding and brilliant polishing operations on flat edge and arrises on all sides of the glass even out of square (patented system).

FRANCESCA multi spindles heads for drilling/milling/waterjet

FRANCESCA multi spindles heads for drilling/milling/waterjet

Two of the famous FRANCESCA multi spindles heads with 8 tools each mounted on the main frame (one upper – one bottom).
It permits the rotation of only one spindle at a time and creates a speed of 9.000 r.p.m. or 12.000 r.p.m. (for super spindle only) without any vibrations, providing the advantage of high processing quality and fast execution time.
